Not exactly the thread for it but close enough -
I am trying to connect my VCR to my Roku TV. My speakers use the RCA space, so I am using a composite RCA to HDMI converter. Nothing is getting through at all, it’s not recognizing anything as connected. What do? |

You'd need to go from Roku to VCR, then VCR to TV utilizing what ever connections it may have. I'm guessing you'd need HDMI to RCA, then RCA to RCA on your TV would work. As far as speakers, if your speakers are powered from your TV, then you'll be good. The yellow on RCA jacks is the video and the red and white are audio, so bridging them from Roku to VCR to TV is the route the audio would take to get there.
