Sure, try it out. Just remember to set your security settings back up.
However, the only thing you changed in the router as far as I'm aware was the b/g/n setting. So it may be more prudent to try that first.

Remember the DNS settings in IPv4. Although that really should not matter... it's just telling your computer to use a different DNS server. But maybe your router no likey. Try it out.

Also the other settings that were disabled.
