Well that sucks.
In that case I'm out of options.
If you just give me the laptop I'll reinstall the whole darn thing :D

pfft I know how to do that but I don't want to because I will lose everything!!!

I don't have an external hd big enough to transfer all my music, movies and pictures while I tinker around with reformatting. I need to get a 1TB external drive then I can have more fun trying to get it to work.

My only option is to just wait it out or maybe take it into a tech support center near by but I know they will charge me an arm and a leg for something that I know how to do. I just don't have the space atm.

You know hard drives can die all of a sudden or when you drop your laptop?
Make a friggin' back-up man. Or you'll be sorry some day.
It's not like 1TB drives are all that expensive anymore :).

That's a lot more expensive than an external drive.

Yeah, I know 1TB drives are dirt cheap nowadays. I just need to use some of my money for it when I get a bit more. Right now my incomes comes in and goes straight out the same day to pay bills and other expenses. It fucking sucks atm but it will get better soon.

I actually have a PS2 and a laptop that I can sell but I was trying to sell it on eBay and I'm pretty new to selling stuff on eBay so my first buyer wasn't really a buyer and just trying to scam me.

A PS/2 is worth about 30 bucks here...
I don't like ebay. We have marktplaats.nl. It's the same idea, but you can contact the buyer/seller directly. There's no real rules. Yes it's les safe, but it's so much more personal and so much easier. You see something nice ,you place a bid on the site or you mail the seller. YOu get an answer, you pay him, he sends it, there you go.
Or you go and pick it up, obviously.
