The most educated analysis offered faults the motherboard. Apparently they use inferior products in their computers and they install the cheapest parts available... in the case of a motherboard, it's kind of important that it's not crap. If I were you, I'd send it back if it's under warranty and have them replace the motherboard. If it's not, you can maybe bring it to a shop and have them replace the motherboard but it will cost you. |

Well, if components on a motherboard are faulty or aren't designed to last (this is especially an issue with people who like to put their laptops on their bed and its underside ventilation is muffled up by blankets and stuff starts overheating on the motherboard and after a while, it just dies...) or are abused, then all it takes is one little issue to bring it all down.
While certain components on a motherboard are replaceable/fixable, you'd need someone experienced and you'd pay. Best thing is to send it in under warranty and have them fix it for free. If you quietly and knowingly put your laptop on your bed and the poor thing has been suffocating all this time, then don't do that anymore you evil woman! |

VGA is the 15-pin blue D-shaped connector. They're cheap as balls. Or DVI, if your TV and computer have that interface. Or HDMI if your TV and computer have that interface. |

Navigate to C:\WINDOWS\Driver Cache\i386 In that folder will be either an zip, cab, or rar file called SP2. Open it so you can see the files in it, scroll through and locate the file you need. Once you've found it, extract that single file into the same folder you're in "i386", then pop back over to your install deal that's asking for the file and you'll put the location as: C:\WINDOWS\Driver Cache\i386 Do that for every file it asks for. Hopefully it won't be more than a few. ...go microsoft....... |

if you want to burn it, use a free app like ImgBurn to put it onto a CD.
but - you don't have to burn it at all! you can just mount the image as a virtual disc. install this (it's free): SlySoft Virtual CloneDrive then just double-click on the disc image. it will load up just like a real CD
