hold on... Ok you're not in the right place. You need to get to the boot options that lets you boot into safe mode. Most computers have a different key for this... it could be F6 though. Try hitting F6 repeatedly when you reboot. Just keep hitting it until you see a screen with SAFE MODE and some other options on it. If nothing happens, try F8, then F10. Or just try hitting them all at the same time. |

No DVD or cd in the drive anymore I thought that was the problem, and yeah so how do j reboot? You mean turn off and on yeah?

Ctrl alt + delete just shuts it down and it starts all over butbill try the f8 thing
