I forgot to mention, it's more of a promo thing for Dellwood Disc Golf with a bit of some game play involved with the geo cache thing. You have to find 3D items I place in random spots in the world and then screen shot them as you find them. Once you get them all you win a free disc or something similar.

Thanks. Lots of hours. All structures/buildings and misc things have to be modelled in CAD then imported into the world. Not to mention placing every tree, grass, weeds, etc. Then there's the terrain modeling, which can be a pain.

One of my first 3D projects in the early 90's was modelling up our solar system. You could zoom out to the extents, then zoom in all the way to a naked lady in the eye of a fly sitting on the toilet seat in the bathroom of the office I used to work at.
