I'm going to assume if he's intending to mine bitcoin that he knows the ins and outs of the computer(s) he's going to use. I don't think that's an unreasonable assumption.
Now, if it were Marie, I'd be asking had she plugged it in? No offence, Marie, I'm sure you'd agree! |

Batlord, look into it famo! Don't hate on my hustles! Here is the card I'm starting out, or something like it. Should earn $100-400 (depending on bitcoin or dogecoin price) but will earn satoshis. Most people said they started out how I did with one just going until they have 7-8. Mining other cryptos is also possible, but any card works mostly it's just how much it'll earn depends on the quality of GPU. Bet you got a beasty GPU just sitting there not earning satoshis! My crypto group dudes got whole operations going earning lots of money from electricity.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/224468478009 The easiest mining rig set up is Helium miners, (hotspots), those are plug in and connect to phone app. They are selling for thousands though. |
Didn't Bitcoin just take a nosedive cause Elon Musk made a bad Tweet about it?

It dipped, because of many reasons but it's around $40k. I think what's "good" or "bad" for a crypto is based on where you bought at. Elon's tweets affect it but not at much as news events. I see Elon just seeing it rise 5% and jump on that with a tweet and it'll go up another 5%, thinking its a major run, then dips. Overall, it's looking good. Bitcoin needs to hit $42k a coin before we leave a downtrend. It just was at $41.5k this morning. So yes, it dosedived, but if you know things you made money from the dip..because it's on its way up again...https://i.imgur.com/WHDl3qd.png |

Maybe it dipped a little bit from Elon, but China banning crypto was a way bigger deal. And yea, it dipped to like 25k or so but back to 40 now. It's definitely volatile as hell. Has been that way for years.
