any of yaw ever have a printer that just stays "offline" and wont go online and print


i cant seem to get it to go online and connect to print

you mean like remove the printer from the computer and then connect it again? I dont think there was any installing of programs. It prints fine for the test pages from the printer itself, cant print a test page from laptop.

I thought maybe its the internet connection

It could be a number of things, but having a fresh driver install narrows it down a bit.

Frownland, that didnt work. couldnt find a solution. confused on why it worked when i first got it.
i have 8 blueprints to print out. i can go to the library though too
