When people make the choice to buy a Zune often they're doing it to make the point of
not buying an iPod. Now do you see why they're tetchy when you mention their iPod? I'd hazard a larger percent of iPod users response to asking about their Zune would be more along the lines of "Zune? Whu'?" hence they're less likely to get upset. Ignorance is bliss.
