I'd be super resilient to damage and pain like the typical hero is (at least superman) and then I'd take up skateboarding again.

Or I could go base jumping without a parachute.

and be the most badass policeman...fight gangs with only your fists and whatnot without feeling pain.

No, I don't think skateboarding and base jumping is something only teenagers do.

In all seriousness, if I had to have a super power, I'd probably go for one that didn't completely detach me from the rest of human kind - something the ability of flight or stopping time obviously would. Super good health would be nice a one perhaps. I would not get sick and live longer than the average person .. but it's not the most inventive super power. :p

I meant more along the lines of when you're a teenager your much more resilient to pain and learning to skateboard well is a lot easier.
