Do you remember them days..

When you could 'bagsy' something, and it was yours.

:(

Ohh growing up in the 90s was great.

boo boo 06-18-2009 12:20 PM

My younger brother is my hero.

He likes to walk into motels, eat their continental breakfast, use their pool and then leave.

Here's a picture of him.

TheCunningStunt 06-18-2009 12:23 PM

Are you American or British?

boo boo 06-18-2009 12:31 PM

American, but I have access to the Urban Dictionary. :D

TheCunningStunt 06-18-2009 12:37 PM

You slyly changed your reply from WTF to a touching story about your younger brother.

TheCunningStunt 06-18-2009 12:38 PM

I bagsy Cheryl Cole.

I miss giving the thumbs up & saying 'skill'

That needs to come back.

TheCunningStunt 06-18-2009 12:43 PM

Skill needs to come back?

I never realised it was in, haven't heard of that one. God I feel like I've missed out.

right-track 06-18-2009 12:44 PM

I don't miss playing Gooma for Lewey.

TheCunningStunt 06-18-2009 12:48 PM

This isn't a thread about what you don't miss!

It's a thread about what you do miss!

What do you miss from your childhood? :)

jackhammer 06-18-2009 12:50 PM

I miss my hair and breakdancing badly to Axel F.

That's pretty boss. I miss being able to say that about things.

They still do these?

boo boo 06-18-2009 01:07 PM

I'm too American for this thread. -_-

sidewinder 06-18-2009 01:09 PM

Getting F-ed up on drugs and having fun with friends and music, without all these serious responsibilities of adulthood. :bringit:

Going to the neighborhood pool every day during the summer and just having fun.

Riding around on my bicycle and going to record shops or just tooling around.

Sledding.

CALYPSO 10 JUBBLY ICE LOLLIES (JUST FREEZE) STRAWBERRY on eBay, also, Desserts, Food Drink, Home Garden (end time 05-Jul-09 17:52:08 BST)

TheCunningStunt 06-18-2009 01:14 PM

I also miss "kissy kats"

Girls chased us boys around the school yard, trying to kiss us.

I class it as a form of rape, but back then boys thought girls were evil.

Ahhh how I wished they'd still chase me round. :(

right-track 06-18-2009 01:15 PM

Tesco's yer say?
Not seen one of them since the late 80's. I'll be hunting them down.

Bulldog 06-18-2009 01:16 PM

I miss the days when this man was playing for England.

And no, I still haven't quite got over that Euro 96 semi-final.

Are these still around?
While my nostalgic side misses them, it was never fun to get squirted in the eye with milk.

TheBig3 06-18-2009 02:22 PM

You know I kinda miss skiffin outside of a PFAFF, but they don't really need stores for that anymore I guess.

Still back in the day I was pretty slick at the art.

The original Power Rangers, who was your favourite?

TheCunningStunt 06-18-2009 02:37 PM

I'm the pink power ranger.

I've even been tagged on Facebook ;)

But yeah, the pink 1, because she was bangable if memory serves my correctly.

TheCunningStunt 06-18-2009 02:39 PM

Kelly Kapowski. I miss her.

WWWP 06-18-2009 02:40 PM

Yellow. I always had a strong dislike for the Pink Power Ranger.

TheCunningStunt 06-18-2009 02:42 PM

I am the pink power ranger!

What do you have against meeeeeeeee? :(

Zer0 06-18-2009 02:49 PM

Out of the original 5 i have to go with the Red Power Ranger.

But the Green Power Ranger was just full of awesomeness

FaSho 06-18-2009 03:30 PM

Green Power Ranger FTW.

TheCunningStunt 06-18-2009 03:31 PM

I dislike the colour green.

I love how stereotypical their colors are, the black dude is black, the asian chick is yellow..

But yeah, Tommy and his giant lizard dragon thing were just plain beastly.

Me too, and when I was about 6 years old I so didn't have a yellow power ranger suit...

Well the second red ranger was Mexican.

It's funny how when they replaced the black guy and the asian woman later on, they made an asian guy the black ranger and a black chick the yellow ranger. Clever huh?

The green ranger should have been Irish.
