Here's help:
Post actual pictures of yourself in the Member Picture Gallery located in the introduction forum.

Post fake pictures of yourself here.



Oh, and simply upload your picture to imageshack or some such site, and obtain the URL for the photo. Then in your post, click the "insert image" icon and paste your photo's URL there.
