Never heard that before. I have heard 'That's a corker' which could mean a great story or film or book, fart etc lol

I don't think the differences between England and Norway are that big actually, although Comus is probably more of an authority on that than I am. England has more history and culture tied up in social classes from posh to poor and so on, but humour and how people interact and so on is quite similar I think. Thank you England for your excellent sitcoms and other humorous shows, from Monty Python's Flying Circus to Absolutely Fabulous to The Office and My Family.
If I had to move to another country, I'd take the boat over and settle down somewhere.
