dilemma

It seems I am always hungry but not enough to make an actual meal. Probably the reason I am so skinny.

I can't eat like that at all. I know i'm a chef but before that I cooked. Even something quick like a good fresh soup and some italian bread both bought from a shop will fill you up, takes minutes to do and good for you. I like a drink so I really do try and balance it out by eating as well as I can. If I eat junk food for more than a day I feel like absolute crap and have to eat well again.

Teach yourself to make a good pasta dish. That's what I did when I started out on my own. Once you get a good dish that you like, you make make a couple of days worth of pasta in like 15 minutes. I survive off of pasta alfredo.

I really should learn how to cook. Microwave food, reheating leftovers and relying on other people to cook is starting to take it's toll. I'm skinny as **** now. Mmmmm that burger is looking very tasty....

It's pretty much any college student's life. That and cheep beer. Although now that im working full time at the moment i should really learn how to prepare food properly and look after my health.

I make myself scrambled eggs or grilled cheese sandwiches when I'm feeling really hungry. A nice can of Campbell's chicken noodle soup always hits the spot as well.
