I believe that he's referring to instances where the allegations are false and the jury indicts the man even though there is no evidence because of how our society is set up.

Anyway, people keep saying that there are men who get convicted of abuse despite there being no evidence, but I wonder how often it actually happens. It'd be interesting for someone to look through case files and find some actual examples. Because if you compare the numbers, and it's just a dozen or so men getting the hammer for every thousand or so women who have to suffer domestic abuse, then it hardly seems like a win for the ladies to get the benefit of the doubt every once in awhile.

We refer to the bolded as evidence. Tell the cops about your paper thin walls and who lives around you, they do some interviews: testimonial evidence.

i get you just want to protect women from being victims but i really don't like the idea of convicting someone of a crime without any evidence. the precedent is far too open to abuse for comfort imo.
