I sent Frown an avatar request like two hours ago and I'm not sure if he's just ignoring it or if he's just tired of me always coming to him when I need things.

Your first problem was expecting Frown to accept av requests. I never expect him to do them because he never does.

He normally helps me like 100% of the time. I thought I'd trick him by titling the message "african free jazz tribal trio" but maybe that wasn't enough.

Every time I send one there, and you're online, it never gets approved until another mod shows up.
