Are all Arab commercials musicals? We definitely use jingles, but commercials aren't entirely taken up by song and possibly dance numbers.

Here we tend to shorten any word that's longer than a simple grunt. An electrician gets called a 'sparky', a brick layer a 'bricky', and so on. In the outback an entire sentence tends to get compressed into a single word. So 'Good day mate how are you going' becomes 'gdaymatehowyagoin'. This should be pronounced so that all the words are slurred together, like one long diphthong.
