the building is probably a water tower. Zwolle is all right, some friends of mine went to school there. There are many nicer cities in Holland though!

Edit: it is indeed an old watertower, converted into apartments, the top is newer it seems

At first I thought it might be some kind of water tower, but then I noticed what looks like curtains in the windows (and those would be awfully saturated curtains if a water tower :laughing:). Yes, I read that there are many schools in Zwolle.

Hey, at least there are several interesting window views from Holland and the UK on that site. The views posted from NYC are so dull. :o:
