Anyone know an image resizing website that works? Picresize isn't working for me, just need them to be 25%/50% smaller.

You can easily resize with paint/picture publisher if you use Windows.

That's why i don't use it anymore. You used to be able to use it without an account but they changed that.

What do you do? Open the image in Paint then what? Zoom out and print screen?

From Windows 7 on paint has a button 'change size'.
If you use an older version, go to 'image', then 'stretch/skew'.
