Puts oatmeal to shame.
i think its called corn starch in the US.
Not only can you use it in a bunch of recipes, on its own it taste like a gooey wonder.
like oatmeal, the best way to prepare it is with a balance of sweet & salty but i add lots of butter to it and holy Sh*t does it taste good...
the downfall of it is preparing it is a bit of a hassle cause you gotta be constantly stirring it for it not to coagulate but believe me, it's worth the hassle.
i don't really know why im sponsoring it but i guess my point is next time you're in the supermarket buying oatmeal put that sh*t down and try some corn starch instead. :)
