Like I said, finding a good Dim Sum joint is an amazing experience, and Chinese bakeries and specialty restaurants offer much more than what you might expect.

I'm down to try anything but shit/piss, and open minded about fermented food. I haven't tried a lot but here's some of the stuff I enjoy at least a couple times a year that a lot people won't go near: cow tongue, fish eyes, tripe, sea urchin, salmon roe(the big ones), blood sausage. |
