Actual Chinese food, like Panda Express. They wouldn't be allowed to use a panda bear in their logo if it wasn't authentic.

I've had both and I'll take the westernized version. Specifically the greater Boston stuff from years ago. Boston had a Chinatown that could rival the one in San Fran. One of the worst aspects of moving out here is that we've yet to find a place that can rival the stuff back east.
