Was gonna post it in the pet thread but there's a conversation going on so I'll leave it here.

Pretty sure my cat has an abscess on his head (separate from the eye thing I spoke to Batty about in the pet thread), anyone's cat ever had this?

EDIT: Yeah watching cat abscess videos on youtube I'm 99% sure he got bit by another cat now.

Squishy lump feels like it's full of fluid? Then yeah, probably an abscess. Gotta get some antibiotics from the vet or it'll just get worse.

More like a scab that keeps getting bigger but he is long haired and there was a wet patch on his head first couple days so I think the fluid has just dried into his fur, noticed a smell as well which is according to the internets common with abscesses.

Seems depressed as well spends all day in the same spot under the table on a chair, doesn't move, doesn't want to to be petted apparently that's common too.

I was wondering at first about a scab. Usually they don't scab up till after they've burst, which would take a number of days probably, but then I remembered it was on your cat's head, so not much room to form under the skin I suppose. And yeah, abscesses smell awful.

I wish I had a sloth and we had the ability to share the same dreams and we went on awesome space time adventures.
