Guys, any suggestions for things to do and see in San Francisco? Not that I'm crossing the Atlantic this time, but a friend of mine is.
Also @jadis that reminds me, I don't think I've told you that when I was in NY I got to see the Sunday jazz jam session in Harlem that you were talking about and it was amazing! Thanks so much for recommending it (and the Mexican food too, that was also great). I didn't have time to check whether that weird deli still exists though unfortunately |
The only thing I remember from visiting out there was the Monteray Bay Aquarium, which I remember being dope. Oh yeah and Alcatraz which is probably boring.

Golden Gate Park is always a great place to hang. Tell your friend to walk through the Japanese Tea Garden. Also a walk around North Beach could be cool assuming the uber rich haven't taken over the area. That's where the beat writers hung out back in the day (I've visited San Francisco twice though not recently)
