So, just out of curiosity. When would police and the national guard find it "appropriate" to start using live ammo? What's the tipping point? I know in the Euromaidan protests it was supposedly started by a sniper shooting at both police and protesters. Some idiot with a gun could potentially start a massacre if they wanted, and that's pretty terrifying.
