I'd agree about Justice. I used to go jogging and that album was a mainstay for that (along with the Who's 'Live at Leeds'). I'm not a fan of The Black Album - but I think it was only mediocre by the standards Metallica had set for themselves by that point. Many Metallica fans were also disappointed by the obvious reaches for mainstream appeal in that album, and I get that.

Black Album is too ****ing long and the thrash light meets hard rock combo is bland and tedious as **** for a lot of those songs cause they're none too short. The overplay factor doesn't help either. I'd probably like "Enter Sandman" a lot more if I hadn't heard it fifty million times on the radio by the time I left high school.

Please don't ruin this film with this music
(my wife tells me that it's a Pink Floyd song). ...and please, more light in the visuals. (I'm sure he's reading this). I may be interested in "Dune: The Sisterhood" too. Last edited by rostasi; 09-09-2020 at 04:05 PM. |

That trailer brought back flashbacks from just having read that godawful book. I remember that stupid box scene. How the **** is this **** famous? And Dune was already a ****ty movie. They really need to go there again? Yikes.

I stopped listening to them around '72,
so I don't own and haven't listen to any of their stuff past that time. Loved the books growing up. A big influence on my writing style in those days, but it's been incredibly difficult for them to be done correctly as films. I'm guessing because of the density of the prose. |

I’m guessing because of the ****tiness of the prose.
It’s like, tell a story bitch.
