She says that she, of course, has to assemble it in the parking lot,
but it’s so well done that it’s really worth the 5 minutes or so. I can’t tell what the skirt is made of. Don’t think it’s PVC, but what? |
Probably polyester or plastic boning - same you'd use to make a corset or hoop skirt cage
