Your IP address is what they'll be looking for, your laptop/pc has nothing to do with it. Go to the library or somewhere with a different IP address and sign-up from there under a different user name.

You could try resetting your modem by shutting it off for a full 30 seconds or more and then turning it back on. This should assign a new IP to it. Another way is to use a VPN. Additionally, you could just ask JWB for some pointers.
