I'm sorta with Bat. I don't hate those veggies (cauliflower is ass though) but they aren't as tasty as deep fried death or some lasagna or chicken parmigiana.
I do like a good salad (spinach/romaine based) but that's an extra pain in the ass having all the fresh ingredients ready to make one. |

Honestly stir fry broccoli soy sauced to death would go down hella good. I think I need to learn how to stir fry. It sounds easier than boiling rice with more possibilities than just rice.

Also was very hit or miss for me. Sometimes it came out great and sometimes it was a hot mess. |

Am I right though, is stir fry anything in fact the easiest thing on earth and always tastes good compared to non-stir fry versions of the same food?

I mean what do you do to broccoli that is gonna make it as good as chicken parmigiana without detracting from the whole health factor?
Really the healthiest way to eat it is raw, with no seasoning. Yet that's clearly not the tastiest version. |

I mean rice isn't rocket science but you're not just cooking it you're building it so while it's simple it has ways of ruining itself if you're a scrub like us. I used to not know that you have to bring the water back up to boiling when adding rice to boiling water and couldn't figure out why it always came out crunchy.

Nothing but there's a wide area between "mother****ing steak" and "depressing survival food" where stir fry broccoli can make a name for itself.
