It means I can get actual food at a bar so I ain't complainin'. I will complain about not being able to buy liquor from anywhere but a state run liquor store though. And those places don't sell beer for some odd reason?

Yeah cause a greasy burger and fries at midnight when you're sloshed is amazing. Or a pizza with barbecue sauce instead of tomato sauce cause it's 1am and it seemed like a good idea at the time.
