There is a pretty cool mindfulness advert on UK television right now.
It just says to take a breath and it is silent for about fifteen seconds. Then it says being more aware of the present can help your mental health. Anyway I saw it and liked it. |

I just realized that I say "plebe" with a long "e" while I think other people say it like "pleb" with a soft "e" and when I looked up the difference I saw that "plebe" is a military school thing and I went to military school so it's this weird cultural difference I have with people from my own culture.
