If you can find a case where somebody called another person an animal on Facebook in a foreign country and was then imprisoned when they landed in the UK then sure.

Doesn't have to be horse either, can be a pig or a giraffe.

What's the issue? That teaching a dog to Heil Hitler isn't as frivolous as calling someone a horse? Or is it arresting people from other countries?

You do realize here in the civilized US of A we thought your country were a bunch of gormless ninnies when we heard about the dog thing, right? When I hear about freedom of speech intrusions in Europe in general I can't help but think of the whole place as kind of monolithic and threatening.
