There is a pretty cool mindfulness advert on UK television right now.

It just says to take a breath and it is silent for about fifteen seconds. Then it says being more aware of the present can help your mental health.

Anyway I saw it and liked it.

The juxtaposition of those two pics has me thinking Mindfulness is about to get a lobotomy.

There's something amazing about the wanton indifference to learning of Southerners saying "lie-barry" that breeds both love and contempt in me in equal measures.

I just realized that I say "plebe" with a long "e" while I think other people say it like "pleb" with a soft "e" and when I looked up the difference I saw that "plebe" is a military school thing and I went to military school so it's this weird cultural difference I have with people from my own culture.

huh. i say it with the long e too. i mean it isn't prounced "plEHbian."

I just say working class filth. Pleb is too big of a word for them.

I usually pronounce it as: dôrk
