I don't watch anything by Buzzfeed because, well, you know, the bees.

I love those Cholos try international cuisine type videos though.

Having said that, would eat everything I've seen on that series.

The most expensive dish in the video I posted was pretty interesting. It was just eggs. Made by a guy who has bred his own chickens and feeds them special food to make the eggs very orange and sort of sweet tasting.

So it's basically foie gras? That's the kind of thing that'll make you a vegetarian.

No the chickens just live and eat like country chickens in a shed. The eggs are probably so expensive because his operation is so small scale that he produces rather few eggs annually.

Apparently eggs change colour after what chickens eat and can be made to taste differently. As the guy said in the video "Americans probably don't know this, but eggs can actually taste sweet."

It's news to me.

I'd rather think that you and everyone who supports the dish are soulless Nazis.

What in particular though? Could be as simple as carrots or something, but I wonder how healthy that is for the animal.

I usually torture my rice before I boil it. Everything tastes better if it's screamed for me.

There wasn't anything crazy in the food he fed the chickens. There was strong paprika, but he explained that chickens can't taste anything and wouldn't know the difference. If I was eating things off the ground, I would also prefer not to have a sense of taste.

A wandering mind is vastly more interesting than a focused one. Focused minds are for boring people who don't understand textured thoughts.
