I demand Marvel or DC obtain the rights to Captain Planet.
If they fail to do so within 30 days, the rights should revert to Disney.

Marvel CEO Ike Perlmutter has his own power and doesn’t answer to Disney. At least not in everything. Therefore, there is still a clear separation between the two companies. Otherwise there would be no reason for Marvel Entertainment to still have their own CEO/Chairman.
