After a four month dry spell, I have ended my misery! Three cheers for sex!

... Im still a virgin... or am I?

I don't know where I'm taking this... someone shoot me and end my misery. I'm too coward to do it myself.

Next you're gonna tell us that an ice cold glass of whole milk, with 2 eggs, corned beef hash, buttered white toast, hashed browns, orange juice, and fresh brewed coffee isn't an awesome cure for a hangover.

In all seriousness, where are the other mods? We have a list of what...13-14 mods? And only 2 or 3 are active? The **** is this?

Active: Me, Frown, Exo, Goof, Yac (mostly in the shadows)
Somewhat active: Plankton, Isbjörn, bob.

More than 2-3.

Frownland 08-03-2016 06:36 PM

Five of them posted once or not at all if that means anything to you.

Notice how I didn't bold your name, dad. I can change that if you tempt me, though.

I tried to be the bigger person and you made it all bad.

You'll never make mod status that way. Go spank yourself... AAgain...

DwnWthVwls 08-04-2016 06:34 AM

I offered to mod a while back, but Sidewinder was a better option apparently. :(

A friend of mine had a job where he matched google search requests done with voice input with the words that were eventually recognized.
There were quite a few funny ones, but my favourite is: Woman being screwed by stark-naked horse.

Blank. 08-04-2016 08:16 AM

^ as hilarious as that is. I'm curious why that's a job. What's the purpose?

Frownland 08-04-2016 08:19 AM

I imagine it's to improve the accuracy of a voice to text application.

Data input/entry jobs are very common. Look them up, you can work from home.

I know that. I was wondering why he has to input into speech to text. What the purpose of the job is?

Exactly.
He checked whether it was recognized correctly, so that the recognition software could learn from its mistakes.

I wonder if he screwed some things up on purpose. I would.

I wouldn't put it past him. Although I doubt one person screwing things up could really lead to reproducibly funny results.

Key 08-04-2016 09:26 AM

Woke up in the worst ****ing mood this morning. Not sure why.

From a guitar competition I entered my cover of Mr. Crowley in:

Quote:

Great metal tone, really close to Rhodes, lots of gain but that same high end he has. Wow lead is awesome!
Quote:

Planky : Ozzy would be proud with this take on Mr. Crowley what a war.
Quote:

Plankton.. One of my favorite songs, and you have done it justice. Killer work!
Quote:

Plankton - Well an Ozzy cover is always going to go down well, very nice guitar tones and fantastic lead work, great tribute to Randy and certainly not easy to play but you did it with style
Quote:

Plank: Bold choice to cover a RR song. It was smoking though. You have to be a great player to even come close to Randy's stuff! Kudos!
Quote:

... massive props for taking this badboy on. Your fuzzy tone is perfect here sounds very authentic lots of bite on there too. You nail down the ryhthm parts with ease. Leads are bang on the money mate a darn fine job done indeed. The outro solo was smoking mate
Quote:

Plankton - not an easy song to cover - nailed it!!! that tone is superb
Quote:

Plankton, great work on this tune man, Randy is always tough. Great work bringing all the elements together, I couldn't even tell it wasn't a completely premade track. You really nailed the tone, especially the rhythm. Really raunchy sounding fuzz. Top work on the lead here, you absolutely killed it.
Here's the track:

I lost out to a cover of Foghats I Just Wanna Make Love To You, btw.

That's my spam quota for the year.
