Not really. People are actually getting exercise and meeting people with mutual interests. Honestly, it's done more for people's overall outlook on positivity in the world than any other game has done recently. I went for a 3 mile hike today just to hatch a pokemon egg.

Meh. SCP's have a much more focused style, and the the site is much more heavily moderated, so the quality is much higher than creepypastas.

I don't know. Some of those creepypastas, like the russian sleep experiment, are just intense with the insanity.

The Sandman is excellent.

The margin between **** and great on the Creepypasta websites is just far too big. There are a ton of hilariously bad reads that you can find, versus a few really good ones.
