it made the chicken slide all over the sheet when i tried flipping it and didnt give it that burnt look but everything was cooked :)

I usually spread some butter in the middle of the foil and put the kiev on top of the butter. Comes out pretty tasty, and they also have Broccoli/Cheese and Cordon Bleu.
