intermittent fasting can save people lives, you are correct its a disorder because it changes that radical idea of eating 3 meals a day, down to one (alteast one long one for me :) ). so its not in "order" with what most eat. its basically a tool, to keep weight and lose weight. it lets you realize what you are putting into your body for the next day as fuel. 3 meals a day always ends up being too many calories in this days society https://boxden.com/smilies/Qh2Vxfi.gif

Your diet is terrible. Hot pockets, energy drinks, all that **** is unhealthy af. A bit of fasting here and apples there doesn't make it healthy.
