Makes me hate Star Wars a little more one day each year. If someone reminds me, that is.
How can you hate Star Wars? Even if it's not your thing it still doesn't seem like something you could hate. How joyless a **** are you?

It's the fact that you knobs never stfu about it that moves it from mediocre film series to hateworthy.

I don't hate Star Wars. What I'm trying to say is that the crazy worship it receives annoys me so much I might end up hating it. Overrated + mad oversaturation. And there's 3 good movies out of what's soon to be over 9. And a couple good games out of a million **** ones. Damn. Enough already.

**** you, Stars Games are awesome. Kotor 1 & 2, Rogue Squadron, the Dark Forces series, X-Wing/Tie Fighter/X-Wing vs. Tie Fighter, Pod Racer, Empire at War, and I've never played Star Wars: Battlefront but I guess it must be good to get that much dick sucked.

Tie Fighter and probably also those other two, similar games: Totally on board.
Anything else I've played has been middling to bad. I used to like Dark Forces 1 a lot, but it's aged like milk.
Plus it's got terrible level design. Very few 90's FPS games still hold up for me.

Of coursed they've aged, but Dark Forces 2 is one the defining games of my childhood. It was the first god damn time I ever got to use force powers and wield a lightsaber. And the live action cut scenes were as amazing as they were horrendous. Where did they even find actors that bad? Porn?
Dark Forces 1 was defining as well tbh. I missed Doom back in the day so it was still fresh.

There's a lot of 90's PC games that I love but wouldn't really play again anymore. I never really stopped playing old PC games, so that kind of separates the really solid games from the "allright for me at the time" ones.
The only 90's FPS games I still feel are good: Rise of the Triad, Doom 1 and 2, Shadow Warrior, Duke Nukem 3D. Maybe Quake 1 and Wolfenstein 3D, but they're very repetitive.
I can see that the games you grew up on are maybe a few years later than the ones I grew up with. I'm familiar with them though.
There's just so many games that I appreciate for the memories, but find to be really boring when I come back to them.

None whatsoever. I straight up hate it and all games with a similar gameplay formula. Just never got along with it. I remember playing it back when I had the original Xbox console and having a miserable time.
My idea of a great PC RPG is more something like Realms of Arkania 3: Shadows Over Riva or Dungeon Master II.
