Ugh okay fine I googled it to double check (I almost died)-- it's ezgif.com.
Pretty sure I used it recently for avatars without any issue.

I reeeeally don't like being drunk in front of my family, but they keep handing me whiskey. (though I did have a nice ~moment with my grandpa's friend when we both quoted Kahlil Gibram in unison) Not eating for a month pretty much killed my alcohol tolerance. Also I'd do virtually anything for an ice cream sandwich right now
