It's a nice story but there's no way I'd have done that for a dog. Imagine being that guy and you slipped and died doing that? Not worth it for a dog.

I've eaten maybe 600 calories a day for the past two weeks; I NEED a grilled cheese or else I will actually die.

Pesto should be used in sandwiches more often.

I like grilled cheese and all, but I became obsessed with them when I started using olive oil instead of butter. You can burn the sandwich as much as you want and it will only make it better.

Have you ever tried using mayonnaise in place of butter? It sounds a bit gross but truly it just makes it taste richer (not mayonnaise-y) and crispier and better in general. Usually I mix butter, olive oil and mayonnaise in equal parts for my grilled cheese monstrosities.
