It looks like one of those "morning bootcamp" type workout classes that you often see at parks in the suburbs. Around here there's often only a couple men in them; the rest are usually moms. They pay real, actual money for a personal trainer to have them do a bunch of very basic exercises in a park at 5 am. (Why pay for that when one can just torture themselves for free?)

I guess cause they're too ****ing lazy to motivate themselves, so all their snooty friends will see them exercising, and for the chance to gossip.
