i'm cautiously optimistic. i think the original is hella overrated anyway so i won't be too upset if i don't enjoy it.

Also, if Tim Curry wasn't in the old one, nobody would rep it.

Same could be said for Rocky Horror Picture Show. Not saying the movie is bad at all. Tim Curry made it good though.

Nah, it's based on a classic play and handles it well. It'd have a lot of credibility without Curry, even though he is a nice bonus.

I should go and read that book again. I never finished it cause the copy I borrowed from a friend had a bunch of pages missing. Remember liking it a decade ago though.
