So you butter two slices of toast, eat a slice of toast, then put jam on the other? That sounds complicated.
Taking the first bite from just buttered toast is a desperate ploy to see if maybe I just want butter and not jam. Generally doesn't work though, and I have to put in the extra effort.

Eggs and toast is a good sized meal where both wouldn't be enough on it's own. I don't mind the labor and resulting exhaustion.
Eggs are also gross though.

Now toast, peanut butter, and jam as an actual PBJ is the biz. I haven't eaten a regular PBJ in years cause toasted is so completely superior.

You know what's even betterer? Make that **** like a grilled cheese.

The Batlord 03-09-2017 03:41 PM

You mean make a pbj and put it on the stove like a grilled cheese?

I've never made one earlier than two AM so take this with a grain of salt but it's good with cheese too.
