I feel like she did that on purpose. If you look at the way she is shaking out the cup.

She's so smooth that she pulls it off but I watched that on repeat more times that I care to admit and it's definitely intentional.

I've hugged lots of people with a pint in my hand. Never tipped it out like that even when steaming.
