It's white and gold for me every time. I've viewed it on my computer and my phone and it's still white and gold.

Apparently, the real dress is blue and black, but the camera was shite and messed up the lightning or something. It sure looks white and gold to me. No idea why anyone would think it looks blue and black on the picture.
