Pickles to us encompasses:

Onions
Beetroot (beets)
Cauliflower
Red Cabbage
Eggs
Gherkins

and apart from eggs I love pickles. When the jar was empty from any particular vegetable the vinegar left I drank when I was a kid and I swear it's been beneficial to me. Vinegar has many healthy properties and I haven't thrown up (whether through alcohol or illness) for 15 years now. Hard as nails I am

hey jackhammer, seeing as you're a chef and all, do you get angry when people want you to make something with eggs in it?

No not at all as that's what i'm paid to do and I make a mean omelette complete with flipping it mid air. Eggs alone is not on the menu so it's tolerable to cook.

I used to make martinis w/ vodka, vermouth and dill pickle juice. Delicious!
