My stomach has been getting better lately. I found a tick on me yesterday. Is it the culprit?

In my professional medical opinion it sounds like you have lyme disease.

i used to work for a tree service years ago. i got poison ivy alot. the quickest way to rid yourself of it is to rub the area with alchohol and dry it out.

Cory if you ever get stomach flu again, eat apples and plain white bread, they are the only things you'll keep down. The fibre in the bread will reduce your other end issues too haha.
