Just about everyone in my family is however, spectacularly far to the right. One of my aunts is super far right and I've gotten into some bad arguments with her over everything from gay marriage to Iraq to Obama. One time she was drunk and she just flipped the f*ck out and started screaming at me. I now try to avoid any social gatherings where she is involved.

I also used to go to a baptist church, and the people there were real pricks.
Luckily, I don't have to go to a Baptist church too much. I have had to go to a nondenominational church, an Assemblies of God church (the worst), and I am trying to go to a Mennonite church because they are by far the best. They are much more open about everything. They aren't like the Amish looking Mennonites either.
